Sunday Specials
One or more Sunday mornings per month, you can attend a Sunday Special. For these ceremonies, I invite a guest facilitator from a different discipline. This allows you to participate in a yoga class, a Kundalini activation, a breath circle, or a VortexHealing® session, all accompanied by intuitive music.
By playing sounds that are either activating or deeply integrative, the intention of the session is profoundly deepened. This helps you come closer to your blockages, allowing you to face them and/or release them.

Custom Singing Bowl Sessions
A singing bowl session or sound journey in a beautiful location—how wonderful would that be? During the summer months, I regularly offer tailor-made sessions. These can take place in a peaceful forest setting, at Zero-Point in Breda, or at another location of your choice.
I am always looking for inspiring locations and occasions to offer singing bowl sessions or sound journeys. A sound bowl session can be used for many different occasions,
such as:
an activity during a friends’ weekend, a baby shower, a family day, at a school, or simply as a gift for a loved one.

Breath Circle & Sound
The breath circles are small-scale events with a maximum of 4 participants per session.
During the breath circle, connected breathing is used. Connected breathing is a powerful breathing technique in which you breathe continuously, without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This continuous flow of breath brings you into a deep state of relaxation and awareness. It is a natural way to release blockages, activate your energy flow, and clear emotional baggage.
Through connected breathing, your body receives more oxygen, your nervous system calms down, and stored tensions or emotions can surface and be released. This process does not occur through the mind, but through the body—intuitive and without the need to analyze or understand everything.
Connected breathing is suitable for anyone who wishes to work on themselves at a deeper level. Whether you long for inner peace, healing, emotional processing, or personal growth, this breathing technique opens the door to a deeper connection with yourself.
Before we begin the session, you will set a personal intention. I will then explain how the session will unfold. During the session, I move around the space to apply gentle interventions and pressure points to ensure safety and to deepen your personal process.
During the integration phase, I play a set of singing bowls. The vibrations you experience in the theta frequency support deeper integration and grounding of the experience. After the session, there is time to gently return to yourself with a cup of tea and a healthy, nourishing snack.
